Pancakes are a breakfast favourite in just about any household. Next time you're thinking about a delicious stack of tasty pancakes, try these. Delicious AND nutritious! 

You'll need:

  • 3 large ripe bananas 
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup ground Granola Girls Seriously Nuts granola 
  • 2 pinches of Himalayan pink salt
  • coconut oil for frying

Method:

  1. Preheat your pan over medium heat. (to speed things up, preheat 2 pans at the same time)
  2. Using a blender / food processor, puree bananas, eggs, salt and ground granola until it's a smooth batter. Your after should be thick but pourable. If it's too thin, you'll need to add a bit more ground granola. 
  3. Pour your coconut oil into the pan and spread evenly to heat up. (should heat up in a couple of minutes)
  4. Pour (or spoon) some of your batter into the pan to form a pancake. Cook for 2-4 minutes before flipping and cooking the other side. Your pancakes should be golden brown when they're ready. 
Serve immediately with 100% maple syrup, fresh cream, season fruit or your favourite healthy topping. SO YUM!!!
